 I would label this week as my Facebook marketplace week. I spent a lot of time on Marketplace looking for a couch for my friend. This was fun for me because I love shopping and getting a good deal. I don't spend much time watching TV but its the social media that ropes me in. All in all, this week wasn't terrible but I could have done better.

 I am very grateful for technology this week! I planned a seminary lesson for one of my classes and used SlidesMania! I spent a lot of time creating and decorating this slideshow. I also had a lot of teacher reels pop up on my Instagram so that helped me to plan too. I also was able to use Canva to create a nail pricing list for my nail clients! I love doing nails and hope that someday I can use social media to gain more clients and make a living through that!

 I don't know why I get so sucked into the facebook stocking haha. You know when someone deletes all the pictures of their husband and you have to go into full FBI mode to find out what happened. Maybe that is just me but I caught myself on my phone being an FBI agent for like an hour before I realised how deep I was haha. That is something I don't love about media is how well it ropes you in and makes you care about some random girl from your freshman ward at BYU that you don't even know. I am going to unfollow a bunch of people this week and clean up my Instagram and facebook so I don't have to keep up with random people I barely know/should care about.

 I spent a lot of this week listening to podcasts and on Marco Polo. I am a big podcast girlie and it helps me to focus so much. I usually throw on the "FairlyOdd Sisters" or "How Can it Be?" These are at least 30 minutes long and keep me occupied mentally when I am cleaning and need to get things done. I am grateful for media like Marco Polo because I can keep in touch with my parents in AZ and my brother and his family in TX. I love watching my niece grow up and being able to watch cute videos of her talking or spinning. Overuse of media is bad but I feel like my view of media is changing.
